We accept claims for books that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed within 30 days of delivery. To submit a claim, please email us at [your email address] with your order number and a photo of the issue. No physical return of the book is required.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
