All apparel orders are fulfilled and shipped via Printful. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 3–4 business days for standard shipping within the United States. Most domestic orders arrive within 5–9 business days from the date of purchase. Express shipping (1–3 business days after fulfillment) is also available at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love everything you receive from EQ Life. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed apparel items in original condition within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at live@eqlife.online within 14 days of receiving your order. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
EQ Life: The Book
As a limited collector's edition, all book sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
